First time ever buying Anything from this site, I buy 2k23 and immediately hit with a manual authorization. I try to call the company and get it straightened out and cant get an answer.
I do not recommend this site to anyone. Next time I WILL pay full price and have my game immediately.

I have 2 unauthorized charges from Fanatical. I have never heard of this company before today.
I called my bank to report the charges and I have tried to contact customer service with fanatical. My bank is working on getting the charges refunded to me, but no reply from fanatical. That was literally all the money I had.
