My go to place for PC key
I was looking for information on a game and found this website. I want to tell people that I have been with fanatical for years and never had a problem.
bookmark this site if you're into pc gaming and you can save lots.

Missing order

Manual Authorization
First time ever buying Anything from this site, I buy 2k23 and immediately hit with a manual authorization. I try to call the company and get it straightened out and cant get an answer.
I do not recommend this site to anyone. Next time I WILL pay full price and have my game immediately.

Unauthorized charges
I have 2 unauthorized charges from Fanatical. I have never heard of this company before today.
I called my bank to report the charges and I have tried to contact customer service with fanatical. My bank is working on getting the charges refunded to me, but no reply from fanatical. That was literally all the money I had.
I filed a support ticket with fanatical. As soon as I hear from them, I will update this post.
