First, I love the software and paid for my subscription a year in advance. They say even a grandma can figure out the software but I'm a grandma and found the software difficult. The support pages are minimal so you are left at the mercy of customer support which is slow to respond sometimes. I reached out to support late on a friday night desperate because my client called saying that all my instagram posts were showing up with no comments or tags.. it had been that way for a couple months, I auto assumed my posts were complete. So after trying to troubleshoot for hours, combing thru the support pages and finding no help I reached out to support with an urgent request to please help asap! Well I typed my note in CAPS and was told by the Brantley person that I was 'yelling' in my note and that they would cancel my account if i continued to disrespect their employees... which was shocking!!! My note ended with PLEASE HELP ASAP! So Brantley is offended because my note is in CAPs! I mean wow! The only line of communication with this company is emailing support, that's it, and she's offended by *** CAPs... On top of this, again it was close to midnight on a Friday night, I didn't expect to hear back until the next week because it can take a couple days or more to hear back from them, but Brantley answered back immediately with her threat to cancel me. I'm really angry by her response! Brantley I won't be taking disrespect from you either! Step up your support pages so I don't have to email in and wait for days to get simple responses. I'm a customer and you should be more than happy to help me any way you can PERIOD! (caps)

This is he last response I got from this company. I didn't think a merchant would threaten a customer for asking for a refund.

You called me "***" first and nobody would respect you for that. Remember that social media is for everyone, not just for you.

If you can post on Facebook, I can post your response calling me *** after I nicely answered your support request too. Last message please -- do not email me again.

I ordered this software and found out I couldn't get it to work. I emailed the person I ordered it from and this was the response I received. FanPageRobot 10:11 AM (1 hour ago) It will work if you follow the instructions closely. Did you get any error me... 11:10 AM (32 minutes ago) I did follow..what a hassle would like a refund too much hassle..and that was... FanPageRobot 11:19 AM (23 minutes ago) to me When you said "***" you mean you were not capable of following the instructions? There is another instruction you need to follow in order to cancel your account and request the refund. Please login and read FAQ (you must login first because the answers vary from user to user). The FAQ page has the instructions on how to cancel your account. 11:20 AM (22 minutes ago) to FanPageRobot let me repeat that again to you. too much of a hassle would like a refund if you cant do it i will call my bank and report this leave it up to you. dont have time to tweek all this stuff for you..last message 11:30 AM (12 minutes ago) to FanPageRobot Let me make sure I post your response calling me *** can't follow instructions on my facebook page. Thanks for such great customer service. They don't give refunds. Be advised.
