Famisafe Refused my refund

I researched many parental control apps for monitoring my daughter's cell phone. I concluded that Famisafe, (also known as wondershare), had the most to offer for the money.

The setup process got pretty involved with continual series of codes to enter. I will admit I am not the "absolute" most tech savvy person. However, I am far from being ignorant or helpless with technology and feel quite capable to set something like this up. The process of setting up failed several times and I kept starting over from the beginning but kept ending up 95 % done but with the same issue.

I finally gave up and called the support line to get walked through it and what a joke. The lady knew less than I did and was trying to read out of a manual to solve my problem. She didn't even understand specifically what my problem was. Not to mention the language barrier.

When I suggested that she verbally talk me through the problem she said she could not do that. She just kept insisting I do a video of my issues and then email them. We went back and forth with 3 to 4 emails trying to resolve it which was a complete waste of time. All they want to do is troubleshoot by email and would not verbally talk me through any problems.

They refuse to do that. I've concluded there is a reason for that. It is because no one on the other end knows anything. It is easy to hide ignorance and stupidity behind emails but not so easy when you are speaking directly to a person.

I had only been subscribed for a few days and told them I wanted refunded to my credit card. At that point they unceasingly emailed me insisting for me to send videos and screenshots to begin troubleshooting. Let me tell everyone something about that. When you hear that email support is all there is that is a HUGE RED FLAG!!

I have been down that road before with other entities and the only thing that ever gets accomplished is going back and forth for weeks without solving anything and only wastes lots and lots of time for nothing. At least four times I told them to just refund my purchase and I will be happy but they just kept emailing insisting on their never ending email exchange of me sending videos and screenshots all of which would go on forever. It became apparent that this is their strategy, to wear you down with nonsensical responses that go nowhere until you simply give up. They will not honor their 30 day money back guarantee!!!

I told them in the second to last email if they still refuse my refund I will make sure that in the long run it will cost them a lot more than my subscription when I get done on the internet with them.

Needless to say, they chose not to refund my subscription purchase so here I am broadcasting as loud as I can.

If they were reputable they would have refunded my money and went on their way and I would have as well. Think about it, if they were reputable they would refund the purchase price and not argue and make excuses.

All reputable companies provide refunds if in a reasonable amount of time. In this case, a couple of days.

There is zero support from this company and those who do respond are completely inept with little to no knowledge of how the app works.

DO NOT BUY THE FAMISAFE, AKA WONDERSHARE, PARENTAL CONTROL APP!!!
