Not getting Refund Luck
I bought the parental software over a year ago. After paying for a year I cancelled my subscription with over 5 months left.
(Software were buggy and not working correctly. Then after a year the company just deducted for a new year again. I emailed them and was told that they will repay within a couple of weeks. After 3 weeks still no refund, then they said 2 weeks.
Then after 2 weeks they said 3-4 working days, after 4 working days nothing. Then they said within 24 hours, still nothing, then they said shortly, after that they indicated that they will repay within 24 hours.
Still nothing. Please help me in getting my money paid back.

COMPANY DOES NOT REFUND DESPITE THEIR PROMISE TO REFUND
Last year I paid the subscription and started using this app. Just in the first week, the app did not work on one of the phones .
I communicated with customer service several times and they couldn't fix it. So I said I wanted to cancel the subscription and to refund the pro-rated amount. This was a year ago. Customer service sends me emails saying the refund will happen but it never did.
Then they automatically renewed my subscription after a year!! I have been trying to get a refund for this since January. I send them emails at least once every 2 weeks. they keep telling me the refund is coming and it never does.
They are fraudulent!!
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE! it doesn't always work and they are not genuine.
