You changed my reservation without giving us a notice!!!
I paid for a straight flight from San Diego to N.Y. JFK.
This is the reason I decided to book our vacation flight through Delta.
I called and explained to a costumer service representative, my daughter is eleven and cant take long trips she has cancer we just found out, she needs bed rest a lot, this trip is to go visit family because we don't know what the future is going to be like her sick. I will never book with Delta again!!
Preferred solution: I want what I paid for a straight flight with my family, sick daughter. I have to change hotel stay, car rental. I travel 3-vacations a year, was with JetBlue, I decided to travel with Delta. But never again for this stress, inconvenience!!!
