Cancel my membership again!!!!!
Will not cancel no matter how many times I request them to. I've called and they don't answer.
Been going on for over a year. They are horrible I never received anything like they say you will not even one thing.

Cancel my subscription
I have asked for over a year to CANCEL my subscription. You still haven't. Im beyond pissed and i have and will call the bbb again and my attorney if you don't want to comply.
- Everything bad customer service you receive nothing
Preferred solution: Just to cancel my subscription but hey have refused to in the year I've been asking and I have NEVER received anything from them

They are not worth your time
This has happened twice now. You order something, contact them when it didnt come and they wait you out.
I ordered from them waited a month and they told me to wait a little longer. Well it went on for over three months. Finally they send you something a customer has returned because it is loose with no packing in the box. It is not what you order but that is your problem not theirs.
Then you see that they are promoting the very thing you ordered again but they sure dont offer to make anything right with.
I should have learned the the first time!! Dont use them.
Preferred solution: I’m done with them. Just warning others.
