Family Moving And Storage

Today I had the worse experience in my life. This can be a very long story but I will shorten it. They came to my house and it was there when I notice the poor a Attitude of David the driver I'd asked him a question about the insurance and boy oh boy what did I do that for, he went completely off, threatening to take all my stuff out the truck, because I was not suppose to ask him any questions, he was extremely rude, my next door neighbor even had to tell him to shut up and listen. So the office called me and apologized for his behavior. So, now we're at the new address, when they were 98% done with the move, this same person came to me and said you have some papers to fill out and your total charge is 375.00. I said okay and began to fill out the papers. He stated to fill out everything highlighted. So the first form asked for the name of the person in charge, I ask for his name and he said David, when I wrote it, he said, why are you putting my name on that paper, he scratched it out and snatched the paper out of my hand, he cursed me out, I told him to get out twice, he went out cursing me out calling me all kinds of MF's and B's, all outside for everyone to here. I called the police, he told the police that I told him to get his MF *** out, when I don't even curse. The other mover Ken, didn't want any bad blood with his co worker so he sided with the police and lied about what I didn't say, I was so angry, couldn't stop crying and begin to hyperventilate. I had to keep telling them to bring my TV in and my printer that they sat on the ground. So Gary brought in my TV and my printer. After I paid and my payment was received, I did not fill out any paper work. David made fun of me being a Pastor while furthering his lies. I could not believe how this man treated me, it was unreal. Then company called and said the paper work had to be filled out and that they were sending Kendarin back. He came to my door and threaten to call the police if I didn't complete the paper work. He was *** to say such nonsense, obviously not knowing how the law works. I just wanted to pay and that's all I was obligated to do and sent Ken and Gary on their way. No one has the right the right to treat another human being the way I was treated, but I know the devil is busy and I couldn't even defend myself, with words and actions of the world, so as a result I ended up with chest pains, the devil caught me off guard and I was not ready for this treatment, I was too happy. I know better, never to *** my armor. They both had alcohol on their breath. Ken told me that he only drank beer, after I told him about the strong alcohol on his breath and after he tried to deny it, I'm not a drinker but I do know the difference between the smell of beer and hard liqueur. Hire at your own risk. I do not recommend this company, perhaps this David is a family member and feels he will always have his job despite his behavior towards customers.
