Hello my son was scheduled by FHC staff for his yearly six year old physical today March 1st two days before he turns seven years old but when we arrived the staff person told me the apt would not "count" as his six year apt. Until after he turned seven on March 3rd.

That made no sense to me but I didn't argue with her even though the apt. Was made by your staff. I made another apt. In April for my son's six year physical which will happen when he has turned seven!

This makes no sense and I think the staff was just giving me a hard time which is unfortunate because dragging a six year old with downs syndrome around unnecessarily is really difficult to say the least. But I have no recourse but an email.

It seems your staff in Lehigh Acres is just trying to chase away patients. Unfortunately this is my son's assigned primary provider .
Pros:
  • Location parking clean building clean bathrooms dr smith
Cons:
  • Apts cancelled arbitrarily long wait times nasty receptionists
