Bad Service Stay Away You've Been Warned!

Phone rep will say anything to get your credit card number. Never responded to email to warranty request for speedometer cable.

Can't even supply or tell me where I can get an air filter for my new Vitacci. Been going on for 3 months now. To get any response I had to email the owner, Jeff Backer, at his Minnesota House of Representatives address. rep.jeff.backer@*** or you can call 651-296-**** and talk to his Legislative assistant.

Just unconscionable they have links on their site to Christian websites!

And that this guy is an elected Rep in Minnesota! Explains much of what is wrong in this Country.,

User's recommendation: If you're going to buy from an internet only seller expact no warranty. T%hats just the way it is. If you want service, go to a local bricks and mortar location and pay more, but kow you'll get help if needed.

Thank you for your warning. I was going to buy a 2024 Trailmaster 250 Enduro.

It looks like a great bike but all of these horrific reviews. There has to be something going on with this state Attorney General's office how could they let this kind of terrible Customer Service to go on?

Purchased "new" scooter.

Came destroyed and not working. I clearly signed the BOL "damaged" and sent proof and notified you in under the 3 days necessary.

I sent over detailed pictures and videos with a written description of damage.

I did everything owner and website says. Owner and staff hangs up on you and does not answer any direct questions.

I had to contact police

Call the local Sheriff and report the incident on phone take 5 mins or less

Dispatch and Sheriff explained they are aware of the issues and getting alot of calls.

Family Go Karts - Fraud. Took money they were not authorized to, aggressive behavior...

On Oct 10th, I visited the sight of Saw prices of the go karts, it said free shipping.

So I made a call on Oct 10th 3:51pm and asked some questions. I spoke with Jeff. He stated 5 to 7 days to ship, and that he had a used unit. He sent me a pic.

On Oct 11th 10:44am I texted him back stating that I would order a new one online. On Oct 11th, I called in again to their main line and spoke with another rep. I asked her about the ACH instant transfer. She said it would be instant and ship instantly and would have it by Oct 22nd.

I called back at 11:10am to ask another question and was told someone would call me back. October 13th, I made the purchase. Oct 13th, Lisa called and told me that it would take 7 days for the check to clear. I said, well then lets do the credit card payment and add paid rush shipping and CANCEL the check.

I gave her my card numbers and she agreed it would be there by the weekend of the 22nd. Friday Oct 14th, I noticed they also deducted money from my bank account. I called, she said they made a mistake, but if I can get her a copy of the check by noon they wrote and filled out, they could guarantee I get it by Oct 22nd. I addressed the issue that it was submitted for more than agreed to or invoiced.

They invoiced and I agree to $2311.80. They wrote the check out for $2581.63. She said shed have to talk to someone about that. I stressed that I needed this unit before Oct 22nd, she said no worries.

She also stated there would NOT be free shipping as advertised. I said that wasn't fair. She said I could cancel, but there would be a fee. I was stuck.

However, the amount they submitted the check they wrote out on my behalf was not authorized by me. On Oct 18th. I checked the tracking number Estes (The shipper) had provided. They said it would arrive the week of Oct 24th thru the 28th.

They narrowed it down to Oct 27th. I called Family Go Karts and spoke with Jay. He said call Estes and be nice and see if they will make it quicker. Estes said they could for $3720.20.

I declined and called Family Go Karts back and spoke ith Jeff. They said there was nothing they could do. I said I made the purchase on a promise that I would have it by the 22nd and also voiced my concerns with not being told the truth many times. Jeff claimed they had in fact made mistakes, over charged, and would help in any way.

So I called Estes shipping and had them hold it at their Minneapolis location to be picked up on Oct 21st by an approved carrier. I called Priority Currier to schedule the pick up. I called Jeff back and he said that they would help me with it. On Oct 18th, Jeff left a VM stating something about shipping.

So on Oct 19th, I called Jeff back, and he claimed that it was supposed to be delivered the 21st. I told Jeff that I had proof it wasn't and that I needed to do a customer pick up, which on Oct 19th, was reflected. Estes stated that it was scheduled to arrive at their terminal on Oct 20th, to be picked up on the 21st, to be delivered by that Currier the following week Oct 27th. Jeff failed to acknowledge this.

I asked if he would honor the extended 1 year warranty I purchased and he said no. He kept yelling and berating me and was rude and his behavior and demeanor was extremely aggressive. All the calls between me, Family Go karts, and Estes are recorded.

He refuses to refund me for the fraudulently written check, the extended warranty and refuses to give me free shipping and give me what I paid for. His reviews also show this behavior is ongoing and other customers have been ripped off.

DO NOT BUY FROM FAMILY GO KARTS!!!!! This was the worst experience from a company in my lifetime, Buyer beware they take your money and run.

I ordered an electric ATV for my daughter for Christmas ATV came damaged and it had been used. I sent the item back to them since they told me a return would come in the same shape and I need to stop being picky and deal with what was sent to me. After I shipped the ATV back to them they only refunded me half of my money and told me to pound sand in other words. The customer service is extremely rude, the owner JB, JEFF should be ashamed of himself and the way he runs this business they steal from good hard working people.

They are crooks and they play the game well.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this awful company. Avoid them like you would the plague.

Worst experience ever were going through

We got a go cart in December for our children. Paid almost 2000 dollars for it.

We did everything they told us to do. It ran for 15 min and stopped. We emailed back and forth with them till it was not getting us anywhere. We took it to a mechanic and was told it was a factory defect.

Took it to another mechanic and was told the same thing. The motor is locked up when it over heats. so about 15 m;in and it is done. We had to pay for the mechanic's as well as a starter which is what the mechanic thought is was since the compression on a cool motor was 100-110.

I repeatedly called them for 3 weeks with no return call. I then spoke to Mike the manager and was belittled and had horrible customer service. He even said you would of thought after three weeks of calls I would have reached out to you. I would of thought so as well and it never happen so I was lucky he answered the call this time when I called.

This is the worst place to deal with if you have any type of problem. They want me to pay shipping and handling of the new motor and to return the old motor. After buying this in December and our kids have yet to be able to ride their christmas present and having to pay for the mechanic's I said dont you think it would be good customer service for you to pay for the shipping and handling. He flat out told me no that would not happen they were in business to make money and they cant do that if they are throwing money away.

I would never purchase another thing from this company again. Everyone else I spoke to was pleasant and very caring. The Manager or owner Mike himself has the worst customer service skills I have ever dealt with in my life. He talked over me.

Got loud and was just rude. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

And I will be filing a complaint with Better Business. He sold us a lemon!!!!

Sold a broke ATV and didn't uphold warranty

I ordered a "brand new" ATV for my son for his birthday. All I had to do was put on the wheels and the handlebar which was easy enough.

My little boy got on it happy as could be and it wouldn't start. So I checked over everything again in the manual. Everything seemed fine. So I tried to start it and still nothing.

I could tell it wasn't getting gas to the engine. So I had to tell my son (who was leaving the next day) that I would have to get ahold of the company and figure out what's wrong. He said "that's ok daddy" as he teared up walking back inside. So since I had a 30 day warranty I figured it wouldn't be a problem.

First the guy on the phone told me to check about 5 things which I did and they were fine. I said "it's not getting gas to the engine". This *** on the phone told me to take of the carburetor and send it back. First I'm not a freaking mechanic.

Second that would void the warranty. I told him I am sending the hole thing back and either give me my money or one that works. He said I would have to pay $200 for shipping!I hung up on the *** and took it to the Honda place. It was a bad spark plug and the WRONG fuel filter.

It cost me $75. Then two weeks later it messed up again!

Another $75! PLEASE do not buy ANYTHING from FAMILY GO CATS.COM!
