Juan Baron From Southern Construction (Family First Roofin) has not paid us for services done in Castle Rock Colorado and Hinesville Georgia. Juan Baron who claims to be part of Southern Construction and Development.

(Family First Roofing) Has not paid us for services done in Castle Rock Colorado where we were hired to do EIFS and has not paid us for Hinesville Georgia where we were also hired to do EIFS. He first contacted us on 10/05/16 and wanted to see if we were interested in a EIFS project. I told him we were. He then told me information about the project and asked me if i could give him a Bid.

I sent him an estimate and he agreed. He then told me that they pay very week and that they pay for lodging and food which i have recorded calls of him acknowledging this. My crew left El Paso to Castle Rock Colorado on 10/10/16 and arrived same day. We were only able to send 2 workers and a foreman at the moment.

They were there for about 1 week and we did Waterproofing and Foam Install in which we deserve to be paid for it. First we agreed on an amount and he even sent a check for that amount but it bounced. now he is stating that our guys were 3 days late and that he will have to deduct the housing and equipment rental for the project. We are just asking to get paid for work done and hours done.

He kept coming up with excuses that he could not wire funds due to his banking not allowing it and when he sent us a check it bounced. In Georgia they were the ones who held us up. He asked for us to be there on Sunday ready to star Monday (10/30/16. but they did not have any living accommodations ready for our crew so we had to rent a hotel for Sunday night.

We could not even start on monday as they did not have any work ready. We were only able to complete 3700 SF of Waterproofing and foam installation which Juan Baron denies we did. Our guys were not happy with the situation since they left other jobs to come work with us at Southern Construction Jobsite. So they wanted to go back to El Paso we were only there for a week and a half and in the end we all left the site because we were not able to do any work.

They claim we trashed their house they were renting and that we broke a Microwave. We were not aware of this situation until we were asking for payment. now he wants to charge us for food, lodging and other items.

We will be contacting the GC and the Owner for both properties by Phone and Certified Mail. We will be placing a Mechanics Lien on both properties and we will be filing for a lawsuit against Juan Baron and Southern Construction.
