I came into work and the main manager or boss give me a resignation of my job saying that I was using the managers account and that goes against corporate policies when I wasnt the one that was doing it, I was told to use it

Going forward I will never shop at Family Farm & Home in Manistee, Michigan. Your staff there would rather talk to each other than assist a customer.
I wished to purchase some livestock and no one was around. Tried to get the cashier to assist and he ignored me. And continue to talk with another staff person.
Also, when asking questions he just grunted. There are other Family Farm & Homes may try one of them.
- Staff needs to be replaced or have a class in customer service
Preferred solution: We have purchased our chickens, feed, lawn mowers, and other items. You cleaned house once I think you should start to change personnel again.
