Company policy change

Normally, it buy all my groceries and other supplies at your Baldwin Ave. Store. That may change unless you reverse the recent change in your company policy. I am a 76 year old man and today, 5/15/22, I was carded to o buy beer. I was also informed that soon I would be required to allow my *** drivers license to be scanned. This is a problem. 1. Because I'm obviously old enough to purchase beer as I have a long white beard. 2. Because having to show i.d. is a pain in the *** 3. Because what's recorded on my driver's license is none of your business, further more, I resent the intrusive nature of such an action. This is what will happen if I am ever required to allow my license to be scanned to purchase anything at you store. Whatever is. In the cart along with whatever alcohol product that forces your cashier to attempt to scan my licence will be left right at the checkout. Upon that occurrence, my business, and my money will go elsewhere to a more customer friendly store. This is the first and only complaint I will be making, the next time this happens will be the last time I will buy anything from any of your stores, or gas stations. I normally spend around $ 250.00 each week on grocery, and gasoline purchases. If you want to see that money go away, keep your current customer relations attitude, and I guarantee it will. There are a multitude of other stores that don't act in the way you're going, my business will go to them instead of to you. This is not a threat, it's a promise. Richard Chapel

User's recommendation: Notify customer service that you will not put up with their p.i.a. company policy, and if they continue you take your business to a different store.

Manager Could NOT Care LESS

Dear Customer Service, I shop at your Family Fare on the North Side of Holland, on Butternutt Drive. I have shopped here and at D&W for around 20 years. The ladies restroom has gone downhill this past Summer. One toilet has been "OUT OF ORDER" all Summer long. The floors have progressively gotten nastier and nastier. The paper towel machine only works part of the time and today the toilet I sat on flushed every 40 seconds. When I walked out of the restroom there was a manager in the cheese area. I asked him if he was a manager. His response was "What do you need?" So not sure if he was a manager or not. I told him my concerns. His response to each of my concerns was a short clipped "okay, okay, okay". Not one "sorry for your inconvenience" or even an air of concern! He could NOT have cared less!! I will be finding my way to Walmart and Meijer. This is not the first time I have talked with a manager there that gives off an air of superiority. I have worked in Customer Service for 40 years and this is not how you treat customers. I am done!! Daylene Miller - Holland, Michigan

I shop at family fare on 24th and Vinton street in Omaha Nebraska, the bathrooms are disgusting *** all over the floor , no toilet paper and it smelled so bad I just turned and left omg
