Unfriendly snarky service
Just plain unfriendly service and asking too many personal questions in order to get a prescription that I'm entitled to.

I went to the pharmacy to be able to go to the Canada Post that is located in this pharmacy. The woman at the door questioned me in French, when I replied in English even though she understood what I was saying she said that I was non-compliant with covid 19 regulations (I am a nurse, so this is blatantly ridiculous in the first place) snapped that this was Quebec and I needed to speak French, then called the police on me!
I believe that her calling the police was because I spoke to her in English, when I said that I wanted to go to the post office she said that I was hysterical and violent.
I left, and will have my mail re-directed and never go back to this pharmacy with this racist woman. I called to complain to the manager who defended his employee, who denied calling the police (I am certain there is a 911 record of her call).
