I had bought a PlayStation 4 pro June 10 @ 11:38 am not even two weeks later the thing crashed and over heats I try and speak to them and let them know now finally after showing video proof of the faulty product that your store provided they were supposed to replace it...

Would not take us Currency

I had to call the police they didn't want to take us Currency when it is to take you out of any debt

Bad service sold one of my two items when in a bad accident in hospital called spoke to assistant manager she said will be held for me

didn't speak to anyone about what occured at one of there locations where i believe i was racially profiled

FALL RIVER PAWN WEST WARWICK RI STORE HAS HUGH FLOOD AND DOES NOT ALERT CUSTOMERS TO WATER DAMAGE.

Fall River pawn shop in West Warwick had a big flood last summer. There was at least 5-8 inches of water in the store and merchandise in the back was damaged a pair of vintage JBL studio monitors i had was damaged JAY the regional manager was their the day i redeemed the speakers and saw the damage. He admitted they had a flood and did not notify customers. he offered me $100 for something that was cost me $450 to replace. One sales rep told me they were giving customers back TV's that came in for pawn in a box the TV back with no box(because it was soaked from the flood. He was laughing at the fact no customer said anything and he said we got away with it. And laughed again. This is i am sure illegal but also shows what kind of pawn shop FALL RIVER PAWN IS ..... We are starting a class action suit against Fall River Pawn for damage to customer items summer of 2015 Please call 401-287-**** and leave a message.
