Fajas Online - False Advertisement

This company offered false delivery date now they won't accept return. I purchased compression girdle for surgery. Web-site offered 2-5 day delivery. Items were received 14 days later. Had to purchase elsewhere and now company will not accept return. They engaged in e-mails for days leading me to believe the items could be returned. They have horrible costumer service and unable you will not reach by phone. I paid fee for return and received instructions for exchange. Do not purchase items from this company you will regret it. I lost $200.00 dollars, it was stolen from me. I hope I have prevented this from happening to you.

I had a tummy tuck I did my order before the surgery and I got my girdle 3 weeks after...and the told me I will get it in 3 days....most of the customer services are Spanish.... March 2009


Yes, I also had a negative experience. I bought an item and they didn't ship it at all.

I tried to contact them to the email address they use on the purchase confirmation and it doesn't work. Also the company uses lots of different names such "Fajas online" "BODY CONTROL & FAJAS C" "Underwear Max" so you get confused. They only replied an email when I submitted a dispute on my Credit Card requesting not to pay them. I also found more negatives experiences with this company from other customers.
