Faithful customs in Eugene are thiefs
The owner Shannon Pimm knows nothing about cars and is the biggest loud mouth ever. She avoids ANSWERING PHONE CALLS and/or returning messages.
Her money handling is sketchy and her customer service abilities are lacking. I've been cussed at and shoved, injured by her messy garage and overcharged. I had my car held hostage for unwanted repairs and then I was overcharged for those repairs. I would avoid this *** artist at all costs.
The work is substandard and you have to deal with her obnoxious kids and dogs while waiting to be screamed at.
I would avoid at all costs or it will cost you $$$ and your self esteem.
