Hello, I Kearra Edwards was wrongfully terminated due to reaching out to corporate in regards to a PIP I received. In the PIP it indicated that I was not grasping the process on setting up refinance files due to it taking me longer. I was advised to set up a refinance file on Tuesday but had concerns because I was previously advised to have the file fully ready with DU ran and file not triggered. I reached out to training via phone call Wednesday 08/04 at 3:37 from phone number 469-420-**** who advised me to email ask compliance. My manager took the email as being insubordinate because she tried to deny telling me to break the RESPA law but I was able to provide proof.
