Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Full refund was received by the store

PLS DONOT BUY FROM THIS BRANCH AT SOUTHGATE. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC.

WE PURCHASED A LOUNGE SUITE & BASE AND MATRESS FRM THIS STORE. COUCHES WERE DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY, COULD NOT GET HOLD OF BRANCH AS NUMBER DOES NOT GO THROUGH. MY HUSBAND HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE TO LER THEM KKOW. COUCHES WERE COLLECTED THIS MORNING, DRIVER CALLED TO SAY WAREHOUSE REFUSES TO CHANGE COUCHES.

AGAIN COULD NOT GET HOLD OF BRANCH.

HUBBY HAS TO DRIVE BACK THERE NOW. WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE I AM SO DISGUSTED!!!
