Awful Receptionists Review

Very bad customer service at the counter. Very rude and awful receptionists. I have waiting for review doctor as saw that the fat receptionist treats very rude to people whose can't speak English well. She so discriminated. Even I m so upset to see like this situation.

Fairfield Chase Medical and Dental Centre poor service management!

Me and my wife have been visiting this medical center to go get a blood test and a check by a doctor at this medical facility, whilst our first visit was miraculously fast, I can't say the same for our other 2 visits, we had been waiting for more than 3 hours just to get seen for a simple check up by a doctor our 2nd trip. Then on our 3rd trip we got there and was there from 12pm - 3:58pm that was basically my whole day wasted just waiting for a simple check up. I mean I goto bankstown medical center and only had to wait less than 40 minutes and they have LESS doctors on staff compared to this medical center. Whilst the staff and the doctors were very friendly and did provide the treatment, they just are VERY slow so if you are attending this medical center then you better make sure you have ALOT of time on your hands! good luck getting in within under an hour tops!
