No customer service resolve. No follow thru with customer service. No one to speak to when not satisfied. Worst experience ever
Bought a jacket and was unable to use $75. Off .
Bought jacket and tried to add later and was told cant add after purchase- why not?
Also they told me to be sure I reached 300. Total which was not given in offer.my order and Faherty letter included.

Wrong size sent
Only automated answerno access to representative! My order#SO265**** the wrong size was sent which made it impossible for me to present to my husband for his birthday!
I went to returns and it said my order has a final sale!! Okay but I did not receive what I ordered!! I need a label and packing slip to return for refund. Too late for a replacement.
Please help and email return label and packing slip. Simple!

I tried Faherty for the first time and the Legend Sweater Dress does not fit me. I would like to return it.
At no time during the purchase process did it say this was a final sale.
Now, when I am trying to return it, it is not available for return. Order #231****.

Much too complicated for customer service.
I was given a code # for being a good customer.
I could not make it work.
Then not easy to reach someone you can talk to a
live person. Your clothes are nice my family wear then too.
I just will not order on line.

Great difficulty in using rewards points and for getting a customer service response to make timely returns.
I have been trying for a week to get an individual to acknowledge an order I want to exchange. I have sent emails and at this time have trouble navigating the system they have.
