Canceled our subscription in May 2021 (& have full confirmation of cancellation.) In September we randomly received an email that we had been charged & our box was on the way (to an address we dont even reside at anymore). I reached out 10 times over the month of September & got zero responses other than a generic someone will respond shortly. Then again, I got the same email a week ago (for November now). Ive reached out daily for a week and again zero responses. Cant get in touch with anyone. And I cant even update my account or change anything to make sure I dont get charged because my account says that I canceled in May & theres no subscription to update/modify. Definitely not happy. I need refunded for those 2 random charges immediately & also need to make sure this doesnt happen again.

Fadoodle Box - Never received my product.
I have been charged for $110 for two boxes of product that my online account shows has never even been mailed. I have emailed and sent Facebook messages and received zero response.
