This company has continually been contacted by me to cancel the subscription. Every time I call them to tell them to cancel they say they're going to do it.

This morning I woke to find that they had taken 80 some odd dollars out of my bank account. I called them yet again for the fourth time and tell them I was not going to hit continue to have Factor and I told them don't Bill me cuz I'm not going to have the money.
But they did it anyway. I guess I'm going to have to call the bank tomorrow and have them put a hold on my account
