Took $4000, shipped no product

Charged $4000 in product on my card and did not ship merchandise. They will not return calls or even take calls. When I did speak to someone they would just say it's going to ship Friday every time I talked to them. It never came. After 6 weeks of no products being received, I requested refund on phone and by email. Said they'd refund it. Never did. Stole our money, and still won't process refund. It's been 4 months now. They have an F rating with the BBB. I should have checked it, but I have ordered stuff from them before without any issues. I'll never see my money again.

Customer Service Sucks!!

Factory Warehouse. 3110 Industrial Blvd. Jasper, AL 35501. CALL TOLL FREE 800-252-**** Got on the website found what i needed and placed my order. Items in stock! Call them and said im sending a check, she told me they would hold it for 10 days. I said thats fine. Pleaced the order on 8-8-11...they got my bank drafted check on 8-9-11...10 day hold...and we wait. My husband called on mid August and was told the that the check was cashed but they were waiting on Gray corners ( for the Daycare rest cots that i ordered) we called again we were told coners should be in and we should have the cots by 8-22-11...well that date came and my husband called again the week of 9-12-9-16...and she said they should ship out soon.... I called today 9-19-11 cause i wanted to get to the bottom of this....I called and siad i want to talk to someone about an order that i placed...she said can i get your zipcode...then put me on hold...came back and said what's the name on the order? i said i have an order #... then she placed me back on hold....when she returned the fist thing out of her mouth was...well we are waiting on a check..i said NOPE! its beeen cashed then she said we are waiting on gray corners to come in...they should be here this Wed. 9-21-11...i said we were told back in August that they were going to ship on 8-22-11 and we have called 3 times...she said yes i remember talking with your husband...shes like if u just PICK A DIFFERENT COLOR i can ship them...i said why does your website claim to have stuff in stock??? if i wanted a different color then i would have ordered from another comapany...this company has $395.89 of my money!!!! i told her customer service sucks! and ii asked to speak with someone else...she told me that she was the owner...i told her the customer should NEVER have to chase down the product and she hung up on me.

I ordered mats and seatbelts and I am still waiting. They will not answer the phone it has been 3 weeks, they have gotten their payment and still have not shipped out my product.

I will never deal with this company again and customer service does suck. I am going to get the bbb involved because I have had enough of this company. they will never get my business again and I will continue to let everyone I know not to deal with this company.

very unhappy... wish I would have found this page sooner and I would have known better.
