Unfortunately, once you’ve found something wrong that they managed to hide, they won’t come back to fix it if you’ve already paid.
We hired them for a bathroom remodel. They removed our toilet to tile the bathroom floor and then didn’t reinstall it properly, so now our bathroom smelled like urine all the time.
There were several other major and minor issues as well...
When we complained they told us “no one is going to go out to fix anything without getting paid”. But we already paid for this job, so why should we have to pay again?
