Merchandise purchased--not received.

Merchandise ordered 8/28/20 and payment processed next day. Expected delivery 4 to 12 weeks. After 13 weeks, I requested a refund as the company had made no contact and had not delivered product. Their response suggested I wait until February when new inventory was expected. I declined and again requested refund. On 12/10, I was informed refund was being processed. On 1/19/21 (again , no interim company contact), I once again repeated my refund request. Received reply same day noting immediate refund being processed. One week later--no contact-no refund. I suspect this may be an ongoing practice of the company. Research uncovered other customers with experiences similar to my own.

User's recommendation: I caution anyone considering using this company to rethink their decision. Chances are you are throwing money away.
