Good afternoon,
I recently visited your Rockwood TN
location.
The salesman there was absolutely awesome but...
Heres the problem. We in good faith
left a $1000 deposit on one of the used RVs.
I was hesitant but against my better judgment I relented.
Now suddenly the RV price jumped from 24, 000 to 31,000 and the payments from approximately 525.00 to almost 600.00 monthly.
(Same RV)
Then I received a call that we did not qualify for financing, only to get a call a couple days later that we suddenly qualified. At this point everything seemed VERY shady! Then of course they can't refund the 1000 dollar deposit!
Is this the way your company does business?
Or is this just shady practice done here?
This is NOT buyers remorse!
I will never recommend this company to anyone ever!

- - Purchased 2022; floor issues in 6–7 months; warranty denied.
- - RV unlevel parked, causing flooding and damage; no communication; pursuing lawyers.
Purchased a new Rv form them beginning of 2022 and with 6 or 7 months started to have issues on floor. When I purchased they tell you you get warranties with the manufacturer.
I take it in twice and manufacture denies claims twice. Was told by an employee after purchase that gulfstream is terrible to deal with so I am SOL. They sold me an Rv that you cannot get manufacture warranty work done. They also have no communication skills at this company.
For some reason they think that zero communication with customers is OK.
Then they parked my RV un level resulting in my camper getting flooded out.
I got an inspection done and damage all around slide walls and floors. They completely denied any wrong doing even though the GM at the time came out and completely knew they had done wrong. By the following week GM doesnt work for company and just completely ghost me. Owner or new GM will not call me to try and solve issue.
Now I have to get lawyers and insurance involved. Do not buy from this company

Some dissatisfied
- - We drove 2 hours to a camper we liked.
- - Sales staff helped at purchase but were less helpful after.
- - Three service people fixed issues; special thanks.
We drove for 2 hours and found the camper we really like. While we were buying the camper they were really helpful with getting what ever we want or needed.
But once the sale was completed they were not as helpful , and kind. There was a young man that walked us through everything. There was piece of paneling he say would be put back. And was not.
A small chip on the table they really didn't want to talk about. And everytime we have tried to talk with anyone they act like we made them sale us the camper at the price they sold it to us for. And we all know that is not right. When we got it home we realised it did not have a disconnect.
And they first was telling us where it is located. And when we did'nt find it. They say now it don't have one. But they went back and said we wanted a tv.
What has that got to do with the disconnect? And want place one on the camper.
But there were 3 service people a young man , a gentleman and a lady that stayed with us and fix a few things we needed before we left. And we want a special thank you for them.

I bought a new boat and was missing one seat and the other seat had a small hole in it. I was told upon purchase that they would replace the seats. That was in August of 2021 and the seats still have not been replaced

Poor Customer Service
- - Box contents were opened; two parts were assembled; screws and nuts missing.
- - Walmart said the box was unopened; I left a message, no return call.
I ordered a Bimini Top. The contents inside the box were opened, and there were two things that were supposed to be put together that already were.
There were a couple screws and nuts missing. I went back through Walmart where I purchased. They emailed back to Walmart that the box was unopened and new. I also looked at their Website, they claim to give excellent Customer Service.
I called two days and left a message, no return call. Consequently, they did not get my second order

Buying a boat should be an enjoyable experience. It should be one that you don't regret. DONT buy with BoatN RV Supercenter-- you might regret it like I do.
We bought a boat from them online
A new boat.
They told us we HAD to buy a service warranty to buy down the rate.
That ended up being a lie--I verified it with US Bank who funded it.
They delivered a used boat with damage.
The driver wouldn't let us refuse delivery.
We called and said this wasn't what we bought.
They told us we were stuck with it and that we should have refused delivery.
We threatened a lawsuit.
They came back and got it.
They agreed to work with us on an actual new boat.
We bought a different boat.
They kept our $3500 from the downpayment on the falsely advertised boat and refused to apply it to the new one.
They then didn't cancel the old loan
Rewrote a new loan.
Didn't pay off the old loan
And now we have 2 outstanding loans, WEEKS of begging for answers (we're going on 6 weeks now)
Ken and Joel have made promises.
Ken stopped responding.
They delivered the new boat.
We found a rip in the fabric.
We called Ken.
He ignored us.
We called the warranty company we were forced to buy a contract with.
They said Boat N RV never transferred the warranty
So we're stuck AGAIN with a boat with damage
We're out $3500 in downpayments
$3500 for a service contract we can't use and didnt want
And I have now involved the attorney general, CFPB and my bank.
Listen, buying a boat should be an enjoyable experience.
It should be one that you don't regret.
DONT buy with BoatN RV Supercenter AKA Factory Direct Marine and RV if that is what you're looking for.

Boat Buyers Beware
- - Boat listed in Panama City but located in Ridgeland, SC.
- - Survey showed major issues; boat valued around $20k; deposit refunded after two weeks.
In March of 2018 I contacted FACTORY DIRECT MARINE & RV in Panama City, FL about a 2001 Chaparral 280 Signature on their site and Boat Trader (which is still on the site). The boat showed a MSRP of $52,890.
I made an offer and executed a Buyer Order on the boat, to find out that the boat was not in Panama City but in Ridgeland, SC. Part of my offer ($30,000) included delivery of the boat to NW FL, TT&L, reimbursement of a marine survey, etc. I asked Factory Direct to bring the boat down so that I could view the vessel and have a marine survey completed. They told me that I would have to go to their Ridgeland store but told me that they would assist with the airfare and my expenses.
Prior to going I spoke with Jeff (the GM) and Jim (the Sales Rep) in detail about the boat. Both said they had personally seen and been on the boat and it was in “good” condition. Based on that representation we agreed that I would pay for my airfare if they would pay for the marine survey. The rest of the store is a night mare.
I hired a professional marine survey company to meet me in Ridgeland. Not only were there serious mechanical issues, there was body damage, etc. The marine survey stated that the boat was worth $20,000. In good faith I provided a copy of the survey to Factory Direct (since they agreed to pay for the survey).
I asked that they repair all items listed all of the issues listed on the vessel and I would move forward. That where things stalled and could not get a straight answer. At that point I requested my $2500 deposit back and the reimbursement for the survey. It took them two weeks to return the deposit after many phone calls and emails.
As of this review, I’ve sent several emails to Jeff (the GM) demanding the reimbursement of the survey feel with no response.
As a result, I am filing a law suit against the company for fraudulent inducement, misrepresentation and breach of contract. This will allow me to recoup the $750 I paid for the survey, my $800 airline ticket and my time (a full day) I spent off work to travel and see this horrible vessel.
All I can say is what PT Barnum said, “Buyer Beware”.
