Poor customer service

My son and I visited the Oshawa location to purchase an item which was put on a hook for a lower price for which it scanned. The manager who was asked to verify the price went to the location of the cords lingered while i watched him at the back of the store. He said it was on the wrong rack. I asked him to honor the price and in a very shrewd manner he said he couldn't do that. I left the item and walked out the store and be

User's recommendation: Do not shop at a store where they are not going to honor their mistake, and be rude about it.

To have the item for the price honored. It wasn't my mistake that the items were placed in an incorrect area. Consumers are always right.

Item not wirking

Product is defective

Portable air conditioner. Its dirty and front panel was not installed properly its cracked and cant be removed
