Appliance rip off
My company Millennium Pools sent client Factory Builders Store in Austin,Tx. Once customer picked appliances Millennium payed 5000.00 deposit. After a little time they called to see if we ready to accept the order and we informed them we were not due to non payment by customer. A few days later we were informed that the released the order directly to our client using our deposit and allowing them to pay only the balance. We called the manager to complain, but he said it sounded like the real problem was not him giving our money away but between us and our client! Maybe that is why we told them to hold the order! How is it that they can get away with this-STOL OUR MONEY PURE AND SIMPLE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE
We spent a lot of money buying appliances from Factory Builder Stores and were VERY disappointed in their service. They sold us an expensive Thermador fridge that didn't work at all when it showed-up to our house. Factory Builder Stores refused to replace the fridge, as did Thermador. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I highly recommend staying as far away from these guys as possible! We even talked to the head guy at FBS and he didn't feel he had any responsibility to make his customers happy and even said that he would be out of business if he had to replace all the appliances he sells that don't work. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! STAY AWAY!!!
