Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Got tired of there lack of customer service and demanded a full refund and returned snowblower.
I wanted to add that Factory Authorized Outlet did not offer the refund until I involved PayPal to help with my problem. They contacted Factory Authorized Outlet and told them I wanted a full refund and would return snowblower.
This was agreed on and being done. A big Thank you to PayPal for stepping in!!!!!!!
I wanted to add I had to get PayPal involved to get my refund back. They did a super job for me.
Factory Authorized Outlet never helped out at all to fix the problem.
I do not see how they stay in business! There the worst!!!!
Nothing has happened. Have contacted company 5 times now and nothing has been resolved. What a terrible company to deal with!!!!
I have sent pictures several times to show what I did not get. The sad thing about this whole thing is my father in law had same problem with Wal-Mart but Walmart resolved problem right away. I called and emailed before this order shipped to me to make sure I was getting snowblower pictured on there site and they said yes! Well I did not get correct snowblower.
All I want is parts that are missing or refund for missing parts! Missing green *** on shaft that turns shut and folding handle bar hardware.

You buy an item on there site and get different item. What there picture shows of item is different than what you get.
Tried to explain to there customer service several times but not getting anywhere. They offer a return but all I want is missing parts. Show not have to keep contacting them about there problem.Beware. What's really sad about this is my father in law bought same snowblower from Wal-Mart and recived wrong snowblower from them than what was ordered.
Wal-Mart offered to replace or do a 25% refund. He kept blower and took refund. When I ordered snowblower from Factory authorized direct I called in advance to make sure what there web pictured showed was what I was getting.
They said yes and I got a different one! They have no clue about product knowlege.

bought a generator for xmas for my son, he used it one time in marchand it ran for one hour and makes a awful noise like it is falling apart. they will not replace or fix.
they want me to pay to send it back to them and then said it cannot be sent back because it was used!! bought on ebay with paypal and getting no help. So now I am stuck with a bad product and getting nowhere with the company I got it from. would not recommend to my worse hated person.

but you bought it on ebay? did it say it was new & unused? why wouldn't you be reviewing the seller, this company has nothing to do with the sale.
