I ordered a plan with Factor 75 and then canceled about 1 hour later. THE AGENT DID NOT CANCEL MY ORDER. They still tried to charge me THREE TIMES. Thankfully my card was lost. Otherwise they would have charged me. I sent them an email asking them to confirm my cancelation but they never confirmed. DECEPTIVE AND DEVIOUS.

I called because the app said my package was delivered, and I had not yet received it. Turns out, it was delayed by UPS. The representative was amazing, thorough, and effortlessly helped me reconnect to my account, which had locked me out.. Pam was amazing and part of the reason why I will continue to stay with factor to see how things go. Im A new customer, so Im giving it a shot, but if the food is anything like the Customerservice, Im in! Thank you!

Nasty tasting food

Ordered Factor Meals. I indicated I can not eat garlic. Every meal they sent was loaded with it. I contacted them and canceled and they sent another box and charged me $110.64. Contacted them and they said they would refund my money. They never did! Save your money. Totally disgusting food.

Tonight I was making one of the meals and discovered a disgusting maggot looking bug in my corn this was food I was going to feed my family, everyone is disgusted and was relying on that meal for dinner I am truly truly disheartened and disgusted as a first time customer I am not longer continuing my purchases I am traumatized this is very very disappointing and I do want to speak to someone about this asap . 2nd Time Missing Meals with No Re-delivery!

I've loved the meals, and my husband and I meal plan around the 20 meals we order a week. But!

This is the 2nd time they have not delivered enough meals and will NOT re-deliver missing ones! The first time was 4. Inconvenient but doable. This time it was 10!!

HALF of our meals not delivered. They refunded, which is good. Whats not good? They will NOT re-deliver the missing meals.

The customer service rep on the phone told me that it was because the ingredients for those particular meals weren't available. Oh?? Sooooo, why did you not make me aware of that and allow me to choose different meals in their place?? Instead, you just deliver HALF of the 250.00 a week order, and hope for the best?

He tried to argue with me, how can they re-deliver meals that they don't have ingredients for?? I said, that's not a customer problem. Factor is a meal delivery system! You're responsible for that part if it!

I suggested passing along to higher ups *since they wouldn't let me speak with them* that they have a substitution option in the app when you select your meals.

IF this meal isn't available, THEN give me this one.

I'm going to give Factor one more chance. If this happens again, you will not have my business anymore.

This is just bad form, and when the rep tried to deflect by saying they can't re-deliver because the system is set up for one delivery a week, that's it? Dude, you can't tell me there isn't someone up the chain who can't override the system when it was Factors mistake!!

I received a $150.00 gift certificate. I went to their website to cash it in. As I selected meals, the website gave me a running total of my order. I ended up owing about $10.00. When they put my order together, the total came to over $160.00. Website disconnect! Customer service said there was nothing they could do when I called because the order was already processed.

Unordered meals

I have tried to cancel TWO shipments of meals to no avail. I have received both unwanted shipments. The last filled with meals I wouldnt even eat. I have the twelve meals frozen now and would be happy to return them to you as they are taking up too much room in my freezer. There is no way to rate this company even a one. After seeing an advertisement for this company on a reputable site I went to check it out.

You have to put in your card information before you can see their menu. That shouldve been my first heads up. After looking at the menu, I realize I was not going to be able to eat the food because I have irritable bowel disease, and recently had bariatric surgery. Immediately I canceled the my order.

Several days later I received two chargers for a total of $125.80 from the company. I called the company to explain that I had canceled my order and did not want to receive it.

They told me I was not able to get my money back. Also, I am unsure of any other charges that will show up at a later date even though I was told I would not get any more charges.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I canceled my subscription in 22. All of a sudden I get a charge and am delivered 10 boxes of food I would never eat or would order.

I have been trying to reach someone for 4 days. Called and spoke to 2 men who actually could not understand what happened or what I was saying, and I don't think were from the company. One even said he was going to refund and then nothing. I have asked for someone to contact me.

NOONE. I had factor for a year or so and their customer service was good. This is not the same.

I am a NONOn75-year-old senior and can't afford this type of service and be sent food I would never eat. All I want is a REFUND
