This company allows people to find out which buildings are available for rent and book them.

Their application process is not simple, response to applications is slow and there are a lot of service, application, processing "fees" that don't see justified.

Even when a place is actually unavailable, but they will take an application fee or a service fee anyway, since they don't update their calendar promptly, which will not be refundable.

It is easy to see other people's bookings and details, so privacy is iffy. Till recently even Credit Card information was insecure and patrons could see the CC details of others who were applying for renting.

If a change in the booking is made, they keep the extra amount as "credits" to be applied for future bookings.

This site is a rip off that preys on people trying to find halls, theaters and large spaces for events and performances, who are already stressed with preparations for the events and expenses involved and don't have time to follow up on details of their payments and refunds.

This company works on the principle of taking a little bit extra from a lot of people soon adds up.

I have noticed this is a trend in California.

There is this impression that in the Bay Area people are rolling in it, so it is alright to skim a little here and there, and it won't be noticed.

It seems to be a sense of entitlement, it is alright to help ourselves to other people's money simply because it appears they seem to have it. It has to stop.
