Lost money
I sent two payment of crypto to face check id. I never got any credits and never got my crypto back
I deposited two separate payments of $20 Canadian for the $19 US price for credits and never received any credits.

I just laid 20 bucks for credits through bitcoin and got absolutely no credits on my account but it was taken from my bitcoin!!! What the *** Either give me my credits or my money back

- - Now I can't see my balance or use the credits I bought, only an option to buy more.
I did a reverse imagine search after making an account then it told me I had to pay for a package of credits through bitcoin so then I paid 20 bucks worth of credits to be able to use the reverse imagine search I then get told I need to buy credits again and it wont allow me to use it. Theres no where showing how many credits I have and it doesnt even give me the option to use credit that I bought.
the only option is to buy more when it doesnt say I have any that I just already paid for! What the *** is this!?

I was trying to do a reverse image search, and it showed me what I was looking for, but I had to buy credits to click the link related to the photo. So then I buy credits using my bitcoin as they requested, and it does not give me any credits on the account. Let me remind you I spent $20 and got zero credits soon as I try to do another search to see if the option to use my credits would pop up all I did wascharge it as another activity history charge, but wont allow me to click the link without buying more credits when to begin with, the credits I did pay for arent even on the account

I got charged the solana left my account but it does not show up. THIS IS A SCAM.

Payments sometimes take a little less than an hour to process via bitcoin. Their transactions automatically cancel after 20 mins.
- - If a payment takes over 20 minutes to process, you may lose the money.
- - No contact options or refunds; a wallet-address method could be required later.
You lose your money if you pay and it takes more than 20 mins to process. No options to contact them or get a refund (though they state the latter on their website). It's dumb that there is no way to contact them regarding money you have spent.
Unless they start confirming payments via a new method like sharing your wallet address with them, I would avoid at all costs.
