Charged when did not purchase subscription

Im being charge for the service whenever I didnt even purchase a subscription. Ive tried to reach out to customer service multiple times and they have not responded in a timely fashion or at all. Im very dissatisfied.

Trying to cancel Faceapp Pro

I have been trying to cancel my Faceapp Pro subscription and I'm having no luck what so ever. I've tried googling but there is nothing that has helped with this issue. Any help yould be greatly appreciated! Please and thank you! -Shaylie
