I made an order that was returned to them by USPS and for over 3 months I have been reaching out by email and chat to get a replacement or refund. The give a bs response, NO follow-through or resolution after over a dozen attempts on my part. I am left to pursue a refund through my bank

This company continued to bill me for one year after my account was terminated. In changing the name of the company, I never could figure out who was billing me. (So far, three company names.) When I tried to use the various customer service options, the phone number was a recording telling me to send an email. The chat option told me I would have to pay them to chat.

When I tried to call customer service, a recording told me to email them. When I tried to use Chat, they told me I would have to pay to use it. This company seems like a sham.
