This company continued to bill me for a year after my account was terminated, but by using different company names (3), I did not realize who was billing me. When I tried to call customer service, a recording told me to email them. When I tried to use Chat, they told me I would have to pay to use it. This company seems like a sham.
User's recommendation: Do not use this company. They will continue to bill you even after you cancel.

This company continued to bill me for one year after my account was terminated. In changing the name of the company, I never could figure out who was billing me. (So far, three company names.) When I tried to use the various customer service options, the phone number was a recording telling me to send an email. The chat option told me I would have to pay them to chat.
