They won't let me get into my acct to receive my Bitcoin money of $375 still don't have very poor service customer service needs more trying on how to treat there customers
Will not return just purchased items without paper receipt . Not a store credit, nothing. Items were gifts so I have no receipt.

Store credit. They get to keep my money and I have nothing to show for it.
Worst return policy EVER. Wont even issue a store credit because its their system.

Fabrik screwed me up!
- Simpletech 500 drive failed after eight days, losing documents; techs confirmed a manufacturing fault, but retrieval and support were not offered.
I purchased a Simpletech 500 external drive, transferred my documents into it, then it died in eight days. Fabrik/ Simpletech does not want to retrieve my documents although their technicians confirmed the fault to be a manufacturing problem.
They have the worst customer service, you are put on hold for over 2 hours and then they don't offer any substantial help.
Nobody should EVER buy any of their products because it is a waste of money.
I still have the piece of garbage lying in my apartment, still holding all my documents that i have spent five years writing, all lost and Fsbrik thinks that is ok.......Fabrik is just a rip off and i am very pissed about Fabrik/ simpletech
