Loved our new covers
We ordered from Fab Outdoor Fabrics five years ago and the covers are still as good as new. We're just about to order some more for our new home. Can't recommend enough.

Terrible experience, don't purchase from Fab Outdoors!

We experienced the worst customer service ever and ended up out of pocket from their mistake. We ordered fabric from Anita to be sent directly to our upholsterer and they sent the wrong fabric.
Despite admitting their mistake, they refused the return and we ended up with the wrong fabric. Horrible to deal with, we are now out of pocket and back to square one.
NEVER purchase from this company. The previous review here was correct.

- They charge more for fabric not in one length.
- They can't read or reply to emails.
- Anita won't take future orders; a fabric was refunded.
Anita Vasey and the people at Fab Outdoor Fabrics Australia are hopeless. Not only do they want to charge more for a fabric that doesn't even come in one length, they can't even ready a simple email properly.
This has resulted in fabric that I needed being refunded even though I still wanted it, as clearly stated in my ema to them. The *** saleswoman Anita has absolutely no idea about customers, service or business at all. They did not listen to me at all, hence I was very outraged. And to top it off they won't take any orders from me in future.
They have since been appalling in their behaviour and I would suggest that nobody ever use them. Ever!

The customer, Zoe Dent, was unreasonable and obviously expected to keep the covers and receive a full refund for the fabric. The covers had clearly been used - they had leaf litter and dirt all over them - so we couldn't resell them. We refunded the fabric to below cost and she kept the covers.
