False sale, I have a receipt, location is not honoring this purchase

Hello,

I purchased a 3 class for $30 pack at the location in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA.

I went in for my first class. I tried to sign up for more the next day, and the owner told me I cant because I didnt list a local address.

I provided the owner my local address after this convo. I showed them my receipt that shows a purchase of 3 classes for $30.

They are saying one class is $30 so Im only getting one class for that price because I didnt list a local address.

How can they do this when I have a receipt of what I purchased?

Ive been to other F45, and this is incredibly disappointing.

If you do business with these small franchises, GET PAID monthly!

We have tried to track down the prior owner and then new owner will not share their info...you have to wonder why! Poor business practices of sticking it to their vendors.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

I keep contacting my studio and asking to cancel my membership. I have no money and i don't live near the studio anymore to go in and sign paperwork.

I work two jobs and 80 hours a week to support my family and can't afford this membership anymore. They won't send me paperwork via email to cancel and keep charging me.

I haven't been there in months and still getting charged. Please have them email me cancelation paperwork and refund the charge on 3/12/24 that over drafted me.
