Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

I keep contacting my studio and asking to cancel my membership. I have no money and i don't live near the studio anymore to go in and sign paperwork.

I work two jobs and 80 hours a week to support my family and can't afford this membership anymore. They won't send me paperwork via email to cancel and keep charging me.

I haven't been there in months and still getting charged. Please have them email me cancelation paperwork and refund the charge on 3/12/24 that over drafted me.
