Never order anything from EZVacuum.com - if I could give them negative stars, I would. I ordered 2 Eureka E0205 replacement belts for our vacuum.
Our worn-out Eureka belt is at the top in this photo, the two belts they sent below. Those belts don't even match each other & both are too small to fit.
When I requested a refund, Noah replied denying my request & said I just needed to stretch the belts. I've replaced belts before, I know they have to be stretched, but these are simply too small.

Because you people will not respond by email
Bought a product from them they shipped the wrong product. Said product was returned. I have neither received a replacement product or been reimbursed.

We never have received our order, and it has been three weeks since the order was placed. I call the number that on their website, but it always says cannot take your call, to email them. Then you email them, and they never responded, then they want to chat but wants you to give them your credit card info where they can charge you a $1 to find out about your order.

Hi I have received this email back from them after you contact them to say We emailed to inform you that additional shipping charges will apply to this order of $26.89 witch I have paid on the 26 /03/2024and i paid through PayPal i over paid them but hopefully they will give me a credit .I would like to thank you for your help with this for me kind Regards Terry
