Lost my parcel in the warehouse and refused to compensate in full

Seller sent me a receipt proof that Shanghai warehouse person "Jiang" received my parcel with their chop. Submitted an order in ezship didn't get any response for a week. Contact them multiple time via live chat and emails , keep telling me they need more times to locate my parcel. After 18days of asking them, I totally fed up with their reply and I ask them for full refund. They reply me they only compensate me $100 due to their policy because i didn't buy insurance.

Never update delivery status to their warehouse even item was collected by their warehouse

It had a week since the good was collected by their warehouse (proof from China local courier), they never update the status hence need buyer keep chasing for update. Worst experience.
