The gentleman who helped me was amazing!!! He went above and beyond to assist me. I was so grateful for how easy he made everything for me.

I called easy local and as usual Awesome customer service Brandon representative helps me out every time

Ive written several times as they allowed someone to create a FALSE listing of my business- using my business name and address with incorrect phone and email. Ive asked multiple times for them to fix and never have!

Why did they allow someone to hijack my business!! We have the correct listing so there is no way for us to delete the wrong one.

Signed on with them after talking to a fellow who assured me that their service would help us grow. 8+ months later of $250/mo of our budget that could've gone anywhere else, and we have nothing to show other than their admittedly decent website.

Other than that, their social media side has netted 0 followers or likes. I spoke with them multiple times about this and their response was that WE weren't doing enough. Not at all what I was told over the phone.

Stay away, do your research for a better company. This is just one of the many advertisement companies that talk a nice game, and but can't deliver.

High pressure sales . Terrible customer service . Waste of money and time then it took forever to get my website back in my name.

Ezlocal contacted me for a meeting at starbucks and i was promised many promises by angie and emily. Patricia also lied to me. Do not believe these scam artist when they say they can rank you #1 on google.

I Joined EZ local last year and called in to end our business relationship to their company two months ago. I talked to one of the executives and they told me it was OK they are still continuing to go into my bank account and steal my money.

They seem to be very dishonest. Do not let them take money out of your bank account .

I had this experience with EZ Local and wish I could seriously do something to keep them from scamming other consumers out of their money. Isn't there something we can do about companies like this?

Small companies like mine want to believe there might really be someone that wants to help us get noticed on the Internet, but all we do is get scammed every time we turn around.

The bad thing with EZ local and such companies is they stick you in a supposed "contract" you cant get out of. Now that you're in this contract you're paying for something that isn't helping you at all!

I've payed $130 monthly for absolutely no increase in web seo. They changed the hours on my website and when asked to do something else wanted more money.

After telling them I am quitting they said I still back owed $1500 and they would not release my website and it would be better to pay it off. This company reps just wanted to make a commission with getting a sale. If you need a new website I have a great person who will redo the whole thing for you for $350.

Just PM me. Its a shame that companies like this still exist.

These worthless sacks call around 2-3 times a week claiming that they found problems with my local SEO and they know how to fix it.

Only one problem, I am the top rated SEO technician in the Lombard area. Unlike them, my clients write real reviews instead of the fake ones these pieces of dung write for themselves on spoof accounts (heads up, if you have 100 positive reviews and they all only have one review for your own business, it's a dead giveaway that you are FOS EZLocal).

Worse, then these scamming pieces of crap call my clients, who are themselves ranking #1 n the local searches and try to tell them that what makes them rank so high is poorly managed. I have advised my clients in Westmont and Downers Grove to sue them since they are misrepresenting their services with fraudulent sales tactics.

I have been with EZLocal for over a year now. No improvements to local Google ranking, repeated calls to rep "Matt B" BEGGING for help/improvement for my time-sensitive, seasonal business was met with shrugs and outright disinterest.

Only after I switched credit cards and there was payment processing issues did I all the sudden get a lot of attention -- multiple emails/calls regarding the matter but NO FOLLOW UP when I was literally begging for them to do something to increase my ranking or at least give me suggestions.

Paid for over a year and my ranking went nowhere, although the lack of care for my business or its success was by far the most astoundingly frustrating part of working with EZLocal. Would not recommmend -- they don't get the job done, don't seem interested in a business' success and only care about the money.

I have been bamboozled by this low life unscrupulous company that promises the world and delivers nothing useful. I paid them for a website and I got a website alright, someting a 12 year old could have designed better.

I could tell by looking at it that they spent no real time on it. A lady named Patricia lied to me and said my current site was not smart phone ready. I thought my website was so I called my current webmaster and they said all of there websites are smart phone friendly. That is why I went with EZ Local and then when I called back EZ Local and talked to a non salesperson I was told after they tested my current website that it was indeed smart phone friendly.

The sales lady Patricia lied and now I will post about a hundred more places on the internet about this. Corporate if you want me to stop posting get a hold of me and credit me back and I will not have any further reason to continue. They will say anything to get you to sign, EVEN LIE! The most important parts of the website were not there.

This company is a big lieing ripoff disaster-STAY AWAY OR GET WHAT I HAD HAPPEN TO ME.
