Refund money put on a service plan

ended up not being able to use and your company said it would be refunded in 5 to 7 business days it's been well past that and my money still hasn't been refunded

I did get ahold of someone finally and it's ok I guess just my women was going to try you guys as a service provider but then her phone got stolen before they could get a second sim card to us and if it worked put I was going to leave straight talk after being with them for 10 years so we where both with the same company but they said it would be 5 to 7 business days before they would be able to refund the money for the plan I paid for that couldn't get to work with the new SIM card they had sent but now I'm not sure what we are going to do yet cause it didn't take 5 to 7 business days to take the money off my debit card but it is going to be that long to put it back on and I think that's kind of ridiculouos

This company absolutely refused to assist me with my complaint. They didn't ask questions like when the charges were made, what form of payment was used or how much was charged. Their answer to my complaints were "ask your bank for help."This company showed no interest at all in finding the culprits of the crime.

On November the 2nd in the wee hours of the morning someone charge $116.67 with this so called business. When I contact the business to tell them that I am a victim of fraud they did not ask me for any information like what day, what time, NOTHING! They told me to contact the bank, end of story. When I contacted them again I said that they could look up the information by the day, time and amount they said to contact the bank. The bank's name is US Direct Express. The business owner name is Arun Kumar Upadhyay and he resides in Bordentown, NJ. His telephone # is 609447-****.
