EzUSTax "consultants" have very low knowledge of US tax law. They provided by a VERY INFLATED view of tax returns to get my business. They filed an INCORRECT RETURN and refuse to take ANY RESPONSIBILITY for audit related fines for their INCORRECT, INEPT AND INAPPROPRIATE FILING / REPRESENTATION. Any communication with them gets a response "This is what we do always" - The most unprofessional "tax consultant" on the western hemisphere.

"Tax consultants" have no clue about US tax law. Staffed by very inept and unprofessional people. They CONSTANTLY INFLATE RETURNS and file per their "interpretation of law". Completely unprofessional and tax law illiterate crew!

These guys are running tax filing business from India and doesn't have common sense of handling official communication and customer affairs. Customer's tax filing being taken care by unqualified and untrained people. In event of any query from IRS / state the customer is on their own. The staff just do forms filling by using software for that they charged significant fee. Seems the only CPA they have is "Sanjeev Kumar" who least bother to review the staff work and respond customer's query or concern. It would be wise advise to weigh option of filing taxes with a local CPA who can be accessible when you need him/her or simply do taxes yourself by using on line tax filing tools. Stay away from such unprofessional company.
