There was a deduction of $25 in my account yesterday which I don't understand that deduction pls. I wanted to pay my electric and other bills but because of that deduction in my account, there has-been a late fee which I have to pay. Pls can you explain the deduction you made pls? Thank you

I've been Trying to dispute charges on my easy pass account I updated all my credit information 3 months ago and are still billing you're still building me charged by plate and I'm not happy every time I call this customer service number it's a 100 minute wait time it sucks

NO CASH LANES TRAVLING TO BALTIMORE TO NEWARK, NJ

Get an ezpass

I went on line to apply for an ezpass and I thought I completed the application but I haven't received my transponder in the mail and I paid $25 and it's been over a week and I haven't heard anything from ezpass please help thank you

I went through MD in January and I have been attempting to reach mdezpass to pay my toll. I have been calling since right after I came home. What is going on??? I am worried that I am going to get the bill from hell! I spoke with someone back in February and then in March and MD is redoing their system. Well, I would think that by now you would be done. Please contact me so I can pay me bill. I do not like owing a bill that I am worried will go up. I also tried chat and kept getting disconnected due to the length of time I was waiting. I was charged about $415 dollars for ezpass to dispute I Call the telephone they have literally waited 0ne hour and dropped on me with no respond.is it customer service the talk about. Are they have different life ather than the others.It is ridiculous the have very zero customer services.

I have been completely unable to update my CC # on line-- got 3 new pins- NONE WORKED- and then tried the online chat- started at #142, got down to #1 (after an hour and a half) and THEN- the chat line disconnected- after I'd waited at #1 for 50 minutes!!!-- Can't get through on the phone- no satisfaction online- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Ezpass organization is extremely inccompetent

discrepancies are too numerous to list. ever since removal of toll takers. ez pass failed to function as before. tried several times to cancel my ezpass account . no luck tried second time no luck. but keep getting toll bills after not using turnpike for months. ezpass refuses to answer their phone. do I have to hire legal assistance to get anything done?
