We really do not condone the intimidation tactics used by Mr.

Joseph but all is well that ends well.

We are hoping that Mr. Joseph can refrain himself from posting fraudulent posts regarding us which can be proven as such.

Just promote your rinky *** business that you copycated to get into and everything will be fine!

BEWARE FRAUD POSTS

Any posts on any blogs are FRAUDS unless they can provide FACTUAL proof they are clients of any company.

Online Casino Biz and Mr. Joseph have been contacted by companies in order to remove these negative posts with quoted fees of 5-15K per month to remove them which is the SCAM of these posts being done.

These reputation companies have bloggers post negative info regarding a company in order to charge the company a fee to have them removed.

Some of these companies have been prosecuted and have been exposed as a scam in order to extort money from companies to have it removed.

A post regarding any business without any proof they are a client is a FRAUD which most people with common sense realize. Don't hesitate to contact us regarding how this scam is perpetuated on companies.

As Mr. Lesher has stated below, I am not a client of his nor was I ever a client of EZ Casino Solutions.

This update is to reassure all consumers that all my posts should be disregarded do to the fact that I have spoken with Daniel Joseph at My Casino Franchise and we have resolved all issues that I have complained about. It seems that my outrage and impatience has caused several misunderstandings with My casino Franchise and has created unnecessary problems for myself and them.

This is my last post as everything has been straightened out. I apologize.

Mr. McCanless is not a client of online casino biz and is a client of another company where he lost his money.

Per his posts he was promised a refund from the company on numerous occasions of which now the company is sueing him in order to silence and intimidate him from telling anyone FACTUAL information regarding how this company conducts there business.

That in itself is an indictment of how a company does business.

1. You admit below that the traffic pack he purchased did not produce and AGREE to refunding his money.

2. You then are sueing him that he is defaming you.

LMFAO! How can anyone defame you when they are providing actual FACTUAL information? There are NO posts on this thread who are clients of ours are ever were. ANYONE can gladly conduct us regarding any company in this business and we will be glad to provide them with FACTUAL DOCUMENTED info.

We are the original in this industry for over 19 years with over 6000 clients.

Unfortunately I have to expose some posts as frauds regarding us in order to maintain the outstanding integrity of our company as this is the only avenue others have to try to obtain credibility in this industry. Now please make my day and respond with you lying fake posts like below where you accused me of being Gator which like all your posts on here can being proven to be a FRAUD just like the person that posts them.

I never refused funds. I can prove that too. You acted in a Profession manor???? You offered me a refund that I was very lenient on the refund amount and did not get and now you are suing me for getting scammed.

You wanted me to sign an agreement that would have hung myself. I modified the agreement and you refused to sign it and all it did was protect you! You are right about one thing, this could have been resolved very fast and easily until you decided that you were going to sue me for me being scammed. LOL As far as harassment, I stopped contacting you per your Real Estate Attorney.

As far as Defamation, I am simply posting actual facts and proof on how I got scammed and my experiences with MCF and you. I am not defaming you at all!!!!

Its up to the consumer if they what to hear what I have to say and if they want to do business with you. I am not saying anything that isn't true... So that will be out the window....

This all could have been resolved with a partial refund and still can be.

If you want to use that money for your attorney and then have to pay for my Attorney too and then have to refund me anyway in court, that is your choice.. you will be around $15k in the hole instead of my $4K refund.

I am still checking my PayPal everyday to see if you did or not. I will stop when I get my refund.

As it's abundantly clear with your post below, we were professional and acted in good faith even though we do not offer refunds per our Terms Agreement. We did offer you your money back and we offered you complete forgiveness for your all your insults, harassment and defamation. You refused. No agreement was signed because you said you were more interested in this smear campaign.

You have proven you weren't lying about smearing us. So, now the money you were going to receive is now being used on attorneys. It's as simple as that.

If you really wanted to resolve this you would have dealt with our attorney who had been advised to try and work with you since you weren't interested in working with me.

You and Jim have displayed all the things you have accused us of and by what you just posted below proves exactly who's scamming who.

We will not tolerate harassment, defamation, nor scam artists. See you in court.

I have never refused a phone call from you and have logged over 4 messages to you lawyer. I have told you in several emails that the counter suit will be much worse.

It was you who repeatedly refused to take our phone calls and insisted that you preferred to "destroy" us. I have it in writing and have witnesses.

FYI- Companies hire attorneys when they have been harassed and defamed such as you have repeatedly done. You have a lawsuit filed against you. Our attorney has repeatedly advised you to have your lawyer contact him for nearly a month now and all you have done is continued to harass and defame instead of facing what you have done.

Your posts are misleading and intended to further defame me and MCF.

We are in the process of amending the lawsuit to include each and every new post and violation since your suit was filed 3 weeks ago.

You have admitted to others that you regret how you have handled this. I'm not quite sure why you are doubling down after admitting you were wrong.

Though I'm irritated by all this, I do not wish upon you what you are creating. I encourage you to simply have your lawyer contact ours to avoid a more of this nonsense.
