Poor scheduling

I waited 6 week for a reupholstering appointment only for them to reschedule fir another 1.5 weeks out due to being busy. Today my Appt was scheduled from 2-6. I was called and texted throughout the day to confirm I was still available for the appointment-which I was. At 6:15 I called for an update. At 7 I get a call back stating they are 30 mins away. By this time I had to leave. I am so frustrated ow I will just clean the furniture myself. I dont have time for the constant rescheduling. I will use the money from the refund to get supplies.
