Purchased a transmission for my car. The transmission Ezautopart.com sent to me was not good. The clutch jurked really bad. While driving on the dashboard it said park I called Ezautopart.com.
They never tried to resolve this matter now they don't even answer the phone calls. I went to Baytown Texas where they address is they work from a mail shop P.O.BOX NO FISCAL BUILDING

I called EZ for a transmission, they said one was in stock placed the order in January, it's now April still no transmission, I have made dozens of calls now they want answer my calls, I notified BBB I'm letting them handle it from here, looking elsewhere for transmission inform them I would like a refund, very disappointed in a so call legitimate business words to the wise shop at your own risk.

This company is a total ripoff

I purchased a motor from them which appeared to be a great purchase. I was wrong I had a problem within the 90 day warranty period but was told my warranty started the day I purchased the motor.
They refused to answer calls or return phone calls? Anthony is the worst anyway turns out the motor is a piece of junk.
They refuse to talk to me. This company needs to be put out of business the promises are total lies there warranty is there is no warranty.

- - Arrived damaged and leaked, engine cost $1,630 and $3,000 in labor, rep unresponsive.
This business is NO GOOD! I searched for an autoparts store for some time and EZ Auto Parts came up as a reputable one.
I was sadly mistaken. First, I ordered an engine in May and it did not come until July. I was told that it was 1) because of the quality assessment that needed to be done and 2) it was allegedly shipped to Arizona. I live in Texas.
Anthony from the Verification Dept was the one I contacted most. He tried to make things right by giving my $100 back. But once the motor arrived, it was damaged. My mechanic used parts from my old engine to compensate for the damage to the engine EZ sent.
That took a lot of time, and once installed, the engine sent by EZ had a leak. I called Danny Slater several times and so do my mechanic. He had me send the invoice and the repair cost to him. He said the 90 warranty was passed, but it was not.
He then said I had 50 days from the time the engine arrived to install. When I challenged him on that, he then said he would need to contact the owner and call me back. That was a week ago. Each time I call, I am sent to voicemail.
Now that my and the mechanic's number is recognized, Danny never answers. Now that my and the mechanic's number is recognized, Danny never answers. I trusted this company and was extremely patient with them.
But as it stands, I am out of $1630 for a faulty engine and $3000 in labor costs. FAIR PRACTICES!!!

- - Rebuilt engine arrived damaged; a refund was promised for the extra $1,000 but not paid after 3 months, with no response to calls.
EZ Auto Parts promised to text a copy of the refund check the following business day. They did not text this copy until after we had filed a credit card dispute.
They did say the refund check had been mailed, but would be cancelled due to credit card dispute. 3 weeks later the refund check has never arrived to be mailed back and we are working our way through a credit card dispute.
Rebuilt engine was sent with damage. EZ Auto parts - Anthony and Danny were very quick to offer a small refund based on the cost of the engine as we had to pay an additional $1,000 to fix problem.
They have not sent the refund in over 3 months. They promised to text a copy of the refund check last week. They have not done that and now will not answer my calls. I got through to David yesterday, he put me on hold and then hung up on me.
I have tried all extensions in this company. Here are the extensions if you are trying to call them.

Their so called customer service will not take calls nor return them. SCAM company please read other reviews from people you will see a pattern.

LILLIAN GADDY I was told I was getting an engine with only 34,000 miles and when I received it it was an old engine with blown head. Contacted Anthony and was told he would send me another one.
I waited for weeks he called back and said he could not get another one and told me to send it back at my cost. I did not think it was right but I did. It cost me $380. I emailed him the tracking number.
They got the motor on September 22, 2021 have not got my money back yet which was $1916.25 it has been 7 months they are not returned my calls.
I spoke to Danny twice but will not call me back and Anthony vanished. I am going to report it to BBB or attorney general if I don't soon hear from them.
