I have to say, it did take an incredible amount of time and checking my email every day to realize I need to make the fifth call. I demanded that day to speak with a supervisor. I was switched back to the United States where the supervisor took control and within minutes I was informed I would, in 30 days, receive a check for a portion of a new washing machine.

User's recommendation: Great service, a little apprehensive of who they do send to my door to fix thing.
