- - Lisa, branch manager, grabbed the key card and touched my daughter without permission.
- - She hung up thrice and said we weren't registered; we waited outside in heat.
I have a serious complaint against Lisa, who says she is the branch manager at the EZ 8 motel in Old Town San Diego. She was extremely mean and touched my daughter's hand without permission.
She snatched the key card for the room in which we had already checked in and claimed we weren't registered. When I placed the reservation online, I specified exactly how many people were with me. My kids are still right now waiting outside, and that hotel isn't very safe. Lisa is extremely aggressive and hung up on me three times.
I told her that I was at work. I checked in with Michael, who is amazing and nice. He never told me anything about my kids needing to be registered. I am extremely disappointed; I was crying on the phone because now I have to leave my job early and lose four hours of wages.
I have never been treated with such disrespect at a hotel. She said she was sent from Phoenix to fix Old Town San Diego, and to tell you the truth, it's going to get worse. She isn't going to fix it. She has no customer service skills.
I am extremely upset and hurt. My kids are outside in the heat with no water or anything.

Ive been rolling through the Easy A on seventh Street for about four months and one particular night they did not have any more smoking rooms so I was told that I would be given a non-smoking room that I can use as a smoking room.
A whole month went by with me renting at least twice a week and then a day ago the manager was working the front desk and saw the note from back in August and she decided to treat me like a piece of crap saying that she would talk to the workers and get back to me, but she never did. So I came in the next morning, and as soon as she saw me walk through the door, she yelled at me and said I had a note on my desk and I havent talk to anyone yet with a very sinister look I knew right then and there that she would not call me back so I called the corporate office and explain my situation.. this hotel is very cheap, but has a serious roach problem, and the carpets are very dirty and sometimes the cleaning room comes in on announce if you have already paid and takes your belongings!

This hotel has an infestation problem with roaches in the rooms, they also expect the people to be ok with staying in a hotel room with roaches. Even though the prices at this facility are relatively low, the manager Ken stated that you get what you pay for in the end.
This company is so unprofessional group who are all stuck in the 80s. They are ok with you staying in a roach infested room, and if you complain or try and ask for your money back.
They told me no. Even though they put roach bait in the room for the customers to see, this place is still infested with bugs very nasty!!!

Problem with room
- - Refrigerator not cold; milk and food not cold.

Got room for 2 night's put milk and food in refrigerator left and came back was not cold I checked the plugs they did not work called front office she gave me another room come get the key I went to get key when I got there she was locking the door I said I was from 166 coming to get key for 222 she said I am going to lunch come back in a half hour very rudely and now they are working on room next store banging on wall with hammer all morning waking me up can you please call me

To start with the mirror was extremely dirty and I shouldnt have to *** clean a room I paid for!!! Secondly the top sheet and fitted sheet were both nasty as *** with yucky *** stains on them.
Thirdly the room was missing a phone, remote and trash can and 2 drawers were missing from the dresser desk.
And last but not least there was a used thin piece of soap stuck to the bath tub not to mention they failed to stock the room with any toiletries, no soap or shampoo. Is the housekeeper blind, stupid or both?

Wanted to shower but no shower head.
Had to buy house shoes to walk on floor
Its just the upkeep from whoever manages or owns this place

My husband reserved a room at EZ 8motel today. Upon arrival he was given a room with key to room that didn’t work!
Mind you myself and husband are disabled in need of foot surgery. We we’re given room’s on top floor which we had to go to front desk letting the girl Lisa know key wasn’t working 2 set’s of keys given by her mind you this mean’s we had to go up and down with our disabilities which she showed no remorse at all!! I told her we’ve traveled 4hrs. To get here I really need to use restroom.
She told me no! Finally I called from my phone telling her look it’s hot!! The door isn’t keys aren’t working!! Just give us another room!!
She told me hold on I’m calling maintenance I said lady please!! Assist us with another this isn’t what we paid for!! She told me hold on never came back to phone. I saw security guard outside he saw us in distress!!
Opened doors to room’s twice due to keys to room’s not functioning properly. As we entered the second room there was a BIG!! ROACH ON BLOODY !! SHEET, NASTY SINK!!
Smelled like dog urine!!!I instantly took photo’s of this!! Ran out the room showing the security guard. This place need’s health board to review it’s management asap!! Very unprofessional, unsatisfactory unsanitary!!!

No Internet service even after paying $15 still not working
I went to the reception to reactivate it and the receptionist asked for my I.d which I had to go get for him. On giving it to him, I asked him(do you need an I.D to reactivate the key card that you checked me in?) And he said yes was closed, and a guy came out of the back room, yelling at me (YOU CANNOT TALK TO MY EMPLOYEES LIKE THAT, I HAVE RIGHTS TO REFUSE SERVICES) I was shocked at the same time angry by his attitude, so I replied him I didn't have attitude talking to your employee, and he didn't have attitude replying me either. So you're coming out here yelling at me tells a lot about you, if you have a problem with me and I haven't met you before, don't know you from anywhere, then that's on you. He then told the receptionist, check her out, we're not comfortable having her here.
All I did wrong to him was being black, lol.
He was the rude one (I was as surprised as you all are, right now. I checked out Andalusia I was leaving the office I said this place is a shit-hole anyway, and he said yeah *** N*g**)
