I was redirected to another page after I paid. It took me a while to press the "next" button, and then another 71 payment was charged to my bank account without my consent. Now I can't even log in to use my first subscription.
I consider this a complete scam! I'm requesting a full refund of my payments or I'll be forced to contact the authorities.

I don't know why this happened but there is absolutely fraud and deception happening with in your company and website. I was pushed constantly by the tech to purchase plan he described the best one. He was so about me paying for it as fast as I can even when I told him I had to wait til my bank opened at 830 in like 5 hours away to put money in my bank account to cover the purchase. He still was pushy and I couldn't seem to be able to contact him again til it came time for me to pay.
Now I don't trust thos site and company because of all the lies and false information. Just to get my money. I was more in a security safety problem than before I got involved with Dan. Where he go and who is he as well as the other techs who just kept saying I had to pay for more services which were included in my purchase already in order to install software.
Call me or email because this goes on for days and still no safety.
No email or phone protection or scan. Disappointing.
