Service didn’t provide what it said it would do and I was billed for it !!!! Not good at all !!!! I have NEVER used this service and I got charged for it !!!!
I was charged $42.51 on my Debit Card by Eyezy and I have not been able to access or use your services. It seem I have to UPGRADE for more money $$$$ to receive this service.
I was told $42.51 would let me do this for one month, but thats not the case. Please return my $42.51 to my Debit Card ASAP !!!

Hi, my name is Nitarasha Fiveash. I purchased a subscription and I don't know what email I used to open the account.
I linked my phone to my child's device and haven't been able to access the location. I made one purchase of $4.99 with a card ending in 6497.
Then, I made another purchase for $14.99 and $4.99 with a card ending in 7004. Please refund my money back to my cards.

I was charged $42.51 for a service that I didn’t want. It has been almost a month and all I want is my $42.51 returned to my Debit Card.

I thought I was on the Phonsee website and it offered me a one month subscription at $42.51. I paid it with my credit card but I got Protect 247 online and when I go to my bank account it says $ 42.51 was credited to Eyezy ?
I need to use my service ASSP and if Eyezy can do what Phonsee does then its ok.
I need to track and read text messages from a phone not in my possession. Can Eyezy help me ?

I got hacked and I cancelled this months ago. I was going over my bank statement and noticed you have been taking money every month since.
You people are about to get sued; this is unacceptable. I'm sick of talking to people because you're nice then the next month you charge my card again.
I want my money put back and I mean all of it. If not, you will be sued for a lot more.

I don't know why this happened but there is absolutely fraud and deception happening with in your company and website. I was pushed constantly by the tech to purchase plan he described the best one. He was so about me paying for it as fast as I can even when I told him I had to wait til my bank opened at 830 in like 5 hours away to put money in my bank account to cover the purchase. He still was pushy and I couldn't seem to be able to contact him again til it came time for me to pay.
Now I don't trust thos site and company because of all the lies and false information. Just to get my money. I was more in a security safety problem than before I got involved with Dan. Where he go and who is he as well as the other techs who just kept saying I had to pay for more services which were included in my purchase already in order to install software.
Call me or email because this goes on for days and still no safety.
No email or phone protection or scan. Disappointing.

Dear sir,
When I contacted on the website it was through phonsee and they ask me to put the phone number and they will generate the report once i pay the 49.38$ .After i paid they deducted the money of 49.38$ and almost 56.18$ and transferred me to eyezy which I didnt request for and start to ask me about Apple ID and some staff i dont understand. What i paid for was on phonsee to put the number and get generated reports about the number that i want.
Now i request full refund of the amount that i paid and i want to end the subscription because this *** You pay for something and you get something else so i need the refund with the full amount of money please.I already contacted my bank and i notified them about that and now because its un clear and its away of trekking the people to subscribe to eyezy. I need full refund of the money please 49.38$/56.18$.
