Verified Reviewer |Save yourself the headache, don't order from EyeWearUs or Eyeglasses Depot!!
I ordered sunglasses from Eyeglasses Depot on August 4. I hadn't received a shipping confirmation, so I emailed for an update.
They responded that they have thousands of styles, colors, and frames, and that they would basically send them when they are able. Their website clearly says: Merchandise orders could take up to 72 business hours to ship. My order was shipped on August 13. The sunglasses arrived with uneven arms, but more importantly, scratches on both lenses.
I immediately messaged for a refund and to send the item back. At this point, I completely question the authenticity since the sunglasses clearly did not undergo 'a thorough inspection' as their website says. I was told I could return it, but lose 20%. They also offered to replace the lenses, but I had to pay to ship them back.
We did a lot of back and forth, but ultimately, I did a credit card dispute and was given a 'temporary credit' while the bank did its investigation. Eyeglasses Depot immediately messaged me to say that they 'decided' to refund 50% of the sales price and for me to tell the bank the issue is resolved because they don't want to deal with them. I did not respond. Two weeks later, I got the following email (I have purposely copy and pasted): Because you disputed my charge despite the fact that I posted a refund and they took all my money and you did not return my merchandise...
I have recharged your card in full and applied the $30 dispute fee your bank charged me. Be aware that EyeWearUS and Eyeglasses Depot are somehow related.
They are shady, disorganized, and downright nasty. Don't do business with either!

I bought a pair of Tiffany frames, and they were sent to me in brown paper wrapping, with no proper case or even lens cloth. For the money I spent, it was very disappointing to receive my glasses in this manner.

Preferred solution: i would like my Tiffany eye glass case with the lens cloth

Do not shop with the company. Customer service is horrible and I hate the frames. Money wasted.
I ordered a pair of frames from the site; unbeknownst to me, the seller had to order them from someone else. When I contacted the number listed on the website for customer service, I was redirected to an email. Then, when the email was answered, the same person responded with hostility and stated, 'This is my personal number. Why would you have your personal number/information listed on the website if you don't want to be contacted?' The person was such a jerk and was very rude. I'd waited well over two weeks with no communication other than the initial text that my order was received. The person then proceeded to go back and forth with me about how he had to order the frames from a supplier and how Rx frames take longer than usual.
A month later, I received my frames, and I kindly let the person know that I was unhappy with them and asked how we could fix this. I received a confirmation email with gradient lenses, and I was sent very dark lenses. The person then proceeded to speak to me as if I was stupid and tried to blame me for his *** up! Then he stated he would replace them, but it would be an extra cost.
Never have I ever dealt with someone so unprofessional, and I am spending my hard-earned money. I do not want or like the frames, and $340 is wasted. I do not recommend!

This company says they price match and then when you try they laugh in your face and are rude. I would never buy from this company they have terrible reviews.
Do not trust this company there is a reason they have multiple Bbb complaints among other complaints online. Youre better off buying from another company who puts their customers first.

I ordered sunglasses and they processed my order. Then I got a call the next afternoon saying they needed to charge me more as the price was wrong. I was NOT happy as they had confirmed my order and worse yet they were very unprofessional and RUDE. DO NOT USE THEM IS MY ADVISE!
A REAL BAIT AND SWITCH AND THEN TO BE RUDE AND NOT HONOR THE PRICE THAT WAS ON THE WEBSITE AND ON THE ORDER I MADE JUST YESTERDAY. very disappointed in this company and I advise you to stay away from them"
Do not order from Eyewearus
Placed an order then got an email from them that the item I purchased had contained a small crack on the frame and was not comfortable sending the item. They asked if I would prefer a different color and I picked a different color and told me it will take 7 days for them to get it after 10 days followed up with email since you CANNOT get somebody to chat with you on live chat online and got a response that the particular style i wanted is discontinued.
I know there's already something fishy going on with this company read the reviews on this website I immediately contacted my credit card company and requested a charge back since I never got the item. Please do not order from this company the glasses they have on their website doesn't exist on their stock this is a big scam eyeglass company!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY
After placing the order and confirming my credit card details with there security department as requested the order was declined.
The money was refunded to my card but I was now USD$11.00 down in exchange rate transactions. When I raised this issue with EyeWearUs they said they were now happy to supply the glasses as they no longer had an issue with my credit card. But I was $11.00 out of pocket without as much as an appology.
I exchanged several more emails with the company and the final response I got was
